I can't place an order, my basket stays empty!

This issue can be solved by using a different browser. Unfortunately, not all browser work the same and this may result in limitations. We advise to you Google Chrome, or Firefox.

Is it possible to collect my order?

They answer to this is no, it's only possible to order online. Your order will be shipped to you then within 24hours.

I didn't receive any emails order.

When creating an account, please fill in the correct email address. All confirmation and follow up emails will be send to this email address. If you fail to enter a correct email address, you will not receive any emails. If the entered email address is correct, please check your spam. 

I didn't receive my order.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order is shipped ( if you didn't receive this, please check your junk mail). In this email an estimated delivery time is given. If you are still within this estimated time, then please be patient and don't worry. If the estimated time has expired please contact our customer service they will help you.

I received the wrong / broken products.

Unfortunately it can happen that you receive a broken or wrong item. Please follow the instructions to solve the problem.

  1. Make a picture of the shipping package.
  2. Make a picture of the broken item. If its an electronic product, please make a video and show us what is not working.
  3. To contact us, use the contact form and upload the requested media
  4. Our customer service will get back to you asap offering a solution

I havent received my track and trace.

Track and trace numbers are not send automatically. If desired and available please contact our customer service. They will be more than happy to send it to you by email.

What does shipped within 24h mean?

Your order will leave the warehouse within 24hours. Please note that during busy periods this timeframe is increased.

Does within 24h mean I will receive my goods within 24 hours?

Shipped within 24h is not the same as within 24h delivery. Please check our support page for more information about this

My order was shipped. Can I get a refund?

Yes this is possible. Please wait until you received your order, then contact our customer service for further instructions.

Can I return my product?

Yes, its possible to return your order within 14 calendar days from the day of delivery. They products have to return unused and without damage. Some products are excluded, so please contact our customer service before returning. 

What are busy periods?

Busy periods with an expect high volume of sales and longer delivery times are: Januari, Februari, June, July, November & December. Based on our experience we advise you to place your order on time to not be disappointed.
